LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
At The Jewelry Spectrum our goal is 100% satisfaction. After inspecting your order if for any reason you are not happy with our product, Please contact us immediately. Our products have a limited lifetime warranty offered by the manufacturer against defects in manufacturing and workmanship, under normal use for the life of the product.
EXCLUSIONS
We DO NOT warranty physical damage due to normal wear, abuse or exposure to corrosive chemicals. We DO NOT warranty complimentary chains or gemstones. Unathorized attemps to repair, alter or modify our product could VOID the limited lifetime warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
All other warranty and remedies are excluded expressed or implied, including manufacturer, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no other warranty, expressed or implied.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE JEWELRY SPECTRUM nor it's suppliers shall be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of our products. Our entire liability shall be the limited lifetime warranty set forth above and the remedies of repair or replacement option. THE JEWELRY SPECTRUM will not be responsible for any lost product shipped uninsured.
PRICING
Our prices are calculated from workmanship hours and the price of gold. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice due to the price of gold fluctuating. It is not likely to happen but in the event an item is offered on our site and the price is lowered then you will get the item for a lesser price. However if the item price is more than we can sell it for we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be notified of the price change and at that time you can reorder at the higher price.
STONE WEIGHT
All Diamond weight is approximate and may vary +/- .03 carat. We guarantee conflict-free diamonds based on the guarantee from our supplier. The quality currently used is SI 1 clarity J-K color and I 2 clarity G-H color. Gemstones and Synthetic stone have no specific size.

Although we want our customers satisfaction, We reserve the right to examine the product to determine the cause of the damage. If the damages are determined to be manufacturing or workmanship defect, the jewelry will be repaired or replaced. If the damages are determined to be abuse or alterations the warranty will be void. You will be notified and with your written concent repairs will be made and the product returned to you.
If the repair is not covered by the warranty an estimated cost for repairs will be provided to you within 14 working days.
No work will be performed without your approval. Upon completion of repairs or replacement, your jewelry will be returned to you.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We accept special orders. Special orders can not be treated as stock items. With special orders some differnt rules apply. Special orders may require written concent. Wedding sets will not be made with CZs (NO EXCEPTIONS). Mothers Rings, Earrings and necklaces will be available with Gemstones or Synthetic stones. Cancellations of special orders will be different (see cancellation policy).
ORDER CANCELLATION
Our cancellation policy is simple. If you decide you want to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 Hours or before the product is shipped. We will not be able to cancel the order after the product has been shipped. Special Order products must be cancelled within 24 hours, no exception. BILLING
Your credit card will be charged 1 to 5 days prior to shipment. Your charges will consist of: Your order, Shipping and handling fees (insurance included), and any applicable taxes.

Your personal information WILL NOT be shared with any third party organization. Your name and address will be shared only for delivery purposes. RETURN / REFUND POLICY

For returns you must contact The Jewelry Spectrum for authorization and notifacation of the return. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 10 days of the receipt of the product. All returns must be sent in the original packaging along with all accessories. For all refund returns a 20% restocking fee may apply. Contact us for details. Returns for stock products can be returned for replacement, repairs or refund. We reserve the right to examined the product before rufunds are issued. No returns will be accepted without authorization from The Jewelry Spectrum. Returns must include the return authorization number on the side of the package along with the address. No product can be accepted without authorization number.
SHIPPING
Our standard shipping method is UPS. We also ship using US POSTAL or FED-EX upon request. Shipping charges will be added to all orders. Most orders will ship in 7 to 14 working days. All products shipped to you will be insured.
